These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Broken Doll Repair Lab ("we," "us," "our") — including our website, healing portal, sessions, courses, and digital and physical products. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Not Medical or Mental-Health Care

Broken Doll Repair Lab offers faith-based coaching, prayer, and educational resources. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical providers, and our content is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Bookings, Payments & Refunds

• 1:1 sessions and Sister Circles are billed at the prices shown at checkout.
• Rescheduling is welcomed with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable; you may apply the credit toward a future session.
• Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical book orders are fulfilled by Shopify and follow that store's standard return policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt service, scrape content, harass other members, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm our community.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — writing, imagery, courses, and downloads — is owned by Broken Doll Repair Lab or its licensors. You may use it for your personal healing journey, but please do not copy, redistribute, or resell it without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for a beautiful, stable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from any session, course, or resource.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broken Doll Repair Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
